Open Spin Instructor Tryouts

We are looking to add instructors!

HHAC is holding open Spin Instructor auditions to the entire community.

If you’re a high energy, motivational team player with a great attitude and looking for a great new opportunity we want to talk to you!

Open Spin Instructor tryouts are being held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 starting at 12:00pm.

During the tryout you will demonstrate:

  • A warm up
  • A song showcasing your spin teaching style
  • A cool down

All instructors must have a current spin certification as well a current CPR and First Aid card. Please bring proof of both to the tryouts.

Coming Soon!

Starting Monday, May 7 at 7:00 pm join certified Yogi Sacha de Nijs for a weekly one-hour Yoga class. Sacha is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor that has been dedicated to practicing yoga diligently for the past 12 years and has been teaching for the last 7 years. We are happy to welcome her to the Huntington Harbour Athletic Club family!

Great News!

The cardio room WILL be available by mid-morning this Saturday! The flooring is being installed now through tomorrow and the equipment will be put back Saturday so you can enjoy your workout as normal.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we upgrade and improve your gym experience!

Construction Update

New flooring will be installed in the Cardio Room starting Thursday afternoon and will continue throughout the weekend. Some of the  equipment will still be accessible, but the Treadmills will not be in use Friday through Sunday.

Our apologies for any inconvenience but it will all be so worth it!

CPR/AED/First Aid Training and Certification

Come and get certified and maybe save a life! RSVP for class today to gain lifesaving skills that can help you respond to emergencies. CPR/AED/First Aid class to be held on Saturday, May 5 from 11:00 – 2:00.

All Instructors are Paramedics, Firefighters, and EMT’s
•CPR / AED / Choking – Adult, Children
•First-Aid Course – Hands-on Training

Class and certification fee is $50.00
